01Business model, user terms and platform governance
We assess how users join, transact, contribute content, earn revenue and leave the service.
Terms should explain the offering, payment, responsibilities, restrictions and processes for complaints, suspension or termination. Policies need to support the operating model rather than remain a separate set of promises that the business cannot administer.
For creator ecosystems and marketplaces, we review content rules, moderation responsibilities, permissions and monetisation arrangements. The work identifies who may make a decision, what evidence is required and how the decision is recorded or escalated.
Clear governance supports consistency as the number of users and commercial relationships grows.
02Content, technology and commercial agreements
Digital ventures depend on rights and contracts with developers, creators, suppliers, payment services and distribution partners. We review ownership and licensing, development documentation, service commitments, confidentiality, liability, changes and exit. The business should understand whether it controls its technology and content or depends on rights that could expire or be withdrawn.
Commercial partnerships may include advertising, subscriptions, affiliate arrangements, sponsorship and revenue sharing. The terms should define the services, permitted use, reporting, calculations and payment. We examine how those promises fit with user terms and other obligations so that the same revenue or rights are not allocated inconsistently.
03Data responsibilities, growth and disputes
A digital service needs a clear account of the information it collects, the parties involved and the commitments it makes to users and commercial partners. We review privacy-related documentation, supplier responsibilities and relevant regulatory questions against the business’s actual activities. Technical security and system implementation require coordination with the responsible specialists.
For investment, acquisition or expansion, we advise on ownership, shareholder terms, commercial due diligence and legal dependencies. When an account, rights, payment or partnership dispute arises, we help assess the documents, evidence and procedures available. The objective is a practical legal framework that can be used throughout the service’s growth.
